On April 28, at its 154th annual meeting, the board of directors of the National Rifle Association of America elected Bill Bachenberg of Pennsylvania as president.
In accepting the position, Bachenberg said, “We are at a pivotal point in our association’s history as we work to reach new members, re-build the trust of existing members, and provide the gold-standard programs that American gun owners expect.”
Outdoor News asked Bachenberg what paths led to him being entrusted with the keys to such an important group.
