Among my fondest fishing memories are late summer days catching bass on some of Pennsylvania’s clearest waters. Keystone Power Dam and East Branch Dam are still bodies that come to mind, along with flows such as the Juniata, Kiskiminestas, and Conemaugh rivers.
These waters have been for many years and remain my summertime amusement parks. Yet, their clear waters presents quite a conundrum for anglers.
