Nicholas Miofsky, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) conservation warden supervisor in Milwaukee, received the 2024 Shikar-Safari Club International Wildlife Officer of the Year Award.
DNR Chief Conservation Warden Casey Krueger presented the award to Miofsky at the May 28 meeting of the Natural Resources Board (NRB).
“Lieutenant Miofsky leads with grace, compassion, support and trust with his conservation warden team serving the counties of Milwaukee, Washington, and Ozaukee,” Krueger said.
