Female suspect receives $5K bond in tri-county poaching case from southeast Wisconsin

The investigation examined poaching incidents in a 200-square-mile area in Wisconsin, including parts of Washington, Fond du Lac, and Dodge counties, over more than one year. (Stock photo)

The adult female suspect in a widespread three-county poaching case in southeast Wisconsin left her initial appearance in Washington County Circuit Court Dec. 2 on a $5,000 signature bond with three stipulations:
• That the defendant does not attempt to obtain a hunting license;
• Does not participate in any hunting activity;
• And no firearms or weapons are permitted in her residence.
