Will bucks of summer stick around for fall? Georgia study examines age-old question

How well do late-summer trail camera photos predict the population of bucks in your hunting area come bow season?
That’s an age-old question for most early season archery hunters. It piqued the interest, too, of researchers at the University of Georgia (UGA), who undertook a big study recently to learn what they could about early season buck movement. Research has shown bucks shift home ranges and movement patterns for many reasons.
