‘The fishing teacher’ set tone for my attitude adjustment

On a cold and snowy day back in late January, I hiked across an icy parking lot and slid into the Schaumburg Convention Center, where Outdoor News Account Executive Don Kirby and I set up camp at our booth to meet and greet the usual cast of outdoor show characters.
