It’s well known by now that thousands of southeast Ohio whitetails succumbed to epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) last summer.
The epidemic was so bad, in fact, that it caused the ODNR Division of Wildlife to alter the deer bag limit in a handful of Ohio counties midstream last year.
