A potential record-breaking yellow perch was caught in Devils Lake, North Dakota on March 1. Alan Hintz of Stevens Point, Wis., caught the jumbo.
The unofficial record-breaker will take a few weeks to verify. Hintz had been going on the fishing trip with friends and his brother, Dale, for the past three years.
