With the legislative session set to begin on Tuesday, Feb. 17, various nonprofit organizations and the Minnesota DNR want to “move the needle” on several issues this year. But most aren’t expecting much in terms of environment policy work from state legislators thanks to more pressing issues likely on the docket.
