If it’s panfish, catfish, or a big bass that you’re after, an angler could do worse than this water source for the city of Alliance. The lake is owned by the city of Alliance, the Stark County Parks District manages the resources around the lake, and the fishery is managed by the ODNR Division of Wildlife.
