For many Michigan deer hunters, the season pretty much ends one-half hour after sunset on Nov. 30 when the regular firearms season draws to a close.
Ah, but not so fast. There’s always the muzzleloader season, which for the past few years has been an extended firearms hunt in much of the Lower Peninsula since any firearm that was legal in your hunting area during the firearms season is legal during the muzzleloader season, too.
