Michigan’s hunting, fishing license sales very similar to ’24

Michigan hunting and fishing license sales remained relatively stable in 2025, with deer license sales similar to last year and a roughly 1% decline in fishing licenses sold.
A total of 1,433,630 unique customers purchased a hunting or fishing license in Michigan through Nov. 30, which represents a 0.79% decline from 2024.
