Ohio’s Outdoor Trailblazers: Jim Schott: ‘Be out there and experience it all’

It’s interesting when a kid born and raised in southeast Ohio makes his mark on the marshes and wetlands of northwest Ohio.
But, that’s the story for Jim Schott, the longtime manager of Pickerel Creek Wildlife Area. Ohio Outdoor News recently caught up with Schott on a drive home from a deer hunt in southern Ohio for the latest installment in our Outdoor Trailblazers feature.
