Ohio Insider: Were the right punishments handed down in these poaching cases?

I want to solicit your opinion on something I’ve been thinking about.
I’m going to relay a poaching story here and I want you to think about and respond to me if you think the punishment that was handed down was fair or not. I’m soliciting your opinions because the online comments about this story ranged far and wide from too light of a sentence to overkill on the part of the judicial system.
