Illinois teenager allegedly poached up to 13 deer

An 18-year-old was arrested after local law enforcement and Illinois wildlife officials pointed to him as the one responsible for killing up to 13 deer in Clinton County.
Ashden McArthur, of Carlyle, is the subject of an ongoing investigation, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
