The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Law Enforcement recently announced the arrest of a subject accused of widespread deer poaching in Oswego County.
The arrest, made on Aug 6. by Lieutenants Burnell, Grogan, and ECO Hilton, followed a lengthy investigation that began in late 2024 with a complaint about gunshots on posted, county-owned property.
