A two-wheeled journey on a gently winding paved road was nearing an end. Within a few miles, I’d be pushing the bars of a Kawasaki KLR650 to veer from asphalt onto a path less traveled.
Views of small-town USA with a mix of scenic semi-rural township roads would soon transition to pure dirt and gravel, green pastures, and the scent of freshly tilled acreage perfectly blended with the warming spring air. Kenda dual-sport tires confidently gripped the imperfect surface of that final turn.
