Anglers who fish the waters of 13,500-acre Grand Lake St. Marys may hook 14-inch saugeye by summer 2026 if efforts by the Ohio Division of Wildlife go as planned.
The division intends to stock 135,000 sterile saugeye fingerlings in the lake in the coming months. An equal number will be stocked each spring for the next five years.
