Commentary: Time to protect Ohioans’ right to hunt, fish, and trap

The time-honored traditions of hunting and fishing – cornerstones of the Ohio’s heritage, economy, and community life – are being threatened.
From Oregon to New Mexico, radical proposals nationwide are looking to criminalize casting a line or harvesting game. Yes, you read that correctly – a crime to catch a fish! Ohio’s lawmakers have a chance to ensure these radical policies never make it to the Buckeye State by passing a constitutional amendment to forever safeguard these rights.
