Ohio Insider: Fines don’t fit the crimes in recent walleye scandals from Lake Erie

A story came across my desk just as we were wrapping up the last news cycle that I thought was worth more attention.
The story brought me to this conclusion: Greed is the downfall of the world. To give you some background on what brought me to this conclusion, consider two recent Lake Erie walleye poaching cases.
