Crossbow, lead ammo bills atop watch list for New York’s outdoor users

April 1 is the annual deadline for the New York State budget. It’s not unusual for the process to extend beyond that deadline and once the budget has been passed the state legislature will turn its attention to a number of proposed bills.
Among them are several that are being watched by sportsman’s groups across New York.
