The Pennsylvania wilderness can be unforgiving on an aging body. As time goes on, reaching your trusted “honey-hole” stand becomes a challenge, and sometimes it’s hard to tell whether the crunch of dry leaves underfoot is from your boots or the creak of an arthritic hip or knee.
This is a familiar story shared by many of my patients who love the outdoors, many of whom have spent years struggling with pain and limited mobility, unaware of the options available to help restore the comfort and movement they once took for granted.
