Hunters and anglers have good reason to watch South Dakota’s Capitol as the state’s annual bill-making session continues.
One bill would require outdoor licenses and fees to be managed by state lawmakers, and another would double the shooting safety zone around livestock and occupied buildings. Meanwhile, a few bills supported by sportsmen’s groups have already failed.
