Boating grants awarded by Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission for river projects

Since the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission implemented its Boating Facility Grant program in 2020, more than $43 million has been awarded for projects around the state.
On Feb. 13, the agency added to the total when nine applications were approved, each totaling $100,000 or less. The program provides grants for planning, acquisition, development, expansion, and rehabilitation of public boating facilities located on the waters in the state.
