All good things must come to an end. Or do they? When it comes to the only flintlock-specific muzzleloader season in the country, the Pennsylvania Federation of Black Powder Shooters certainly hopes not.
However, recent hunting season changes led to concern over the future of traditional muzzleloading in the Keystone State. Specifically, there has been increased inclusion of centerfire rifles during a timeframe traditionally reserved for flintlocks or archery.
