Once the deer seasons are over, I used to only focus my attention on hunting rabbits and ice fishing. That was until I tried hunting coyotes. Now, even though the other two still take up most of my free time, I also always try to find time to venture out for a little coyote calling.
My first coyote hunt was years ago, with a group of local farmers who preferred to hit the roads at the break of dawn in their pickups, scouring the fields for coyotes or the roadsides for fresh tracks.
