On Dec. 20, a ceremony was held in Syracuse to welcome 26 new graduates of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s 24th Basic School for New York State Environmental Conservation Police Officers.
These rookie ECO’s will soon head into the workforce after successfully completed an intensive six-month law enforcement training academy in the classroom and afield.
