Backcountry Hunters & Anglers, on Dec. 23, celebrated the advancement of two bills a week ago passed unanimously by the U.S. Senate following their passage by the House of Representatives earlier this year: the America’s Conservation Enhancement (ACE) Reauthorization Act and Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences (EXPLORE) Act.
