Wisconsin learn-to-hunt days recruit new hunters with a local and international impact

Wisconsin’s Bloomington Area Sportsman’s Club and local landowners hosted Grant County Outdoor Sports Alliance’s (GCOSA) learn-to-hunt day for pheasants on Oct. 20, with 22 kids and adults, including nine University of Wisconsin-Madison international students from Africa, Asia, and South America.
GCOSA volunteers also hosted a squirrel day the following weekend at Stitzer Sportsman’s Club with some of the same students.
