I’ve gradually become more curious about the harvest of criminals from Illinois’ woods than I am about the harvest of whitetails. It’s not that I don’t trust the deer harvest numbers, it’s just that they’ve become way too predictable. Which may be the same thing as saying I don’t trust them.
That’s neither here nor there, of course, because anytime I open a document, initiate a review of the text and come across a paragraph that offers something along the lines of, “CPOs Skelton and Williams arrested a subject for unlawfully hunting with the use of a thermal equipped unmanned aircraft . . .”
