Tips to enjoy traditional autumn turkey hunting

Of all the autumn hunts, turkey hunting is probably the most challenging. Unless a hunter has access to lightly hunted private property, he or she is going to have to expend some effort in their quest to harvest an autumn bird.
This begins prior to the actual season. Although turkeys tend to favor the same general areas each year, a hunter needs to make sure that birds are still in the locations where he has found them in previous years.
