Christine Thomas: The story from a highly-anticipated antelope hunt

My husband, Stan, and I left Plover, Wis., early on the morning of Sept. 16, headed for Cody, Wyo. Readers will recall that we drew rare nonresident antelope tags.
We were to be hosted by friends, John Schreiner, Tom Dew, and Jim Zumbo. John and Tom are friends from my involvement in the Boone and Crockett Club. Jim Zumbo, a famous outdoors writer and wild game chef, served on the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Board with me.
