Ohio bass circuit’s Angler of the Year comes down to the wire

The season ending two-day American Bass Anglers (ABA) tournament in Ohio took place at Delaware Lake on Aug. 17-18. Billed as “Tournaments for the Weekend Bass Angler,” the ABA circuit is the second longest running bass tournament series in the world, according to ABA Central Division Director Barry Davis.
“Only B.A.S.S. has been having bass tournaments longer than the ABA,” said Davis.

Once again this year, thousands of anglers are entering the Walleye Fall Brawl and Walleye Slam in hopes of getting just as lucky as Smith did last year.
