Best choke to use? What you need to know about your gun

I think a lot about the choke I use. Every time I miss.
Most of this thinking comes when dove hunting because shots are so unpredictable. I did not start hunting this way. Holding a fixed choke shotgun as a child, choke was not an option, unless your gun had two barrels.
