If I had my way, every sportsmen in New York thoroughly would read two publications… three actually. These would be the one you’re holding in your hands (or reading electronically), along with the state’s hunting, fishing and trapping regulations guides.
At this time, hunters especially should read everything they can about the state’s new plain paper sporting licenses.
