STEVENS 555 TRAP FROM SAVAGE ARMS

Savage Arms continues to reinforce its commitment to its Stevens brand by distributing the Stevens 555 Trap, a dedicated single-barrel model alongside the popular, affordable over/under shotguns already in existence under the 555 lineup.

Stevens has dovetailed performance and value in its 555 Single Barrel Trap shotgun. Its light aluminum receiver is scaled to gauge and incorporates a steel insert that reinforces the breech, minimizing weight and maximizing strength. The fast handling 555 also features a Turkish walnut stock and fore end, shell extractor, and a tang mounted manual safety at a price that’s unmatched among comparable models.

Each receiver is scaled to the gauges available, features a three-inch chamber, and the 555 Trap can be had in 12- and 20-gauge models. It also comes with three interchangeable choke tubes, (Full, Modified, and Cylinder) which allow the 555 Trap to meet any shooter’s needs.

INVERTED FIREWOOD SPLITTER FROM HALVERSON WOOD PRODUCTS

The Inverted Firewood Splitter from Halverson Wood Products is designed to split large logs, up to 29-inches in length and up to 36-inch (plus) in diameter. The valve body includes a regeneration valve, so it retracts very quickly, to speed up the splitting process. This piece of equipment complements the Halverson Grapple Saw, as it splits the large logs that the Grapple can cut.

The Inverted Splitter comes standard with a stationary four-way splitting head. This is a one-man operation, with simple controls. Operate the machine from the safety and comfort of the cab on your skid steer, mini excavator and even tractor. It’s also mobile – take it to the wood, instead of having to bring the wood to the splitter.

The Inverted Splitter is easy to set up and easy to store, with quick attach/detach. Now you can process wood right into your truck or trailer. Perfect for light commercial and residential use, the HWP-120 & HWP-140B Skid Steer Firewood Processors of Halverson Wood Products in Pine River, MN truly make the job hassle-free. When attached to a skid steer or other equipment, it enables the operator to easily and efficiently perform wood cutting and splitting tasks. For more information and videos of the Inverted Splitter in use, visit www.halversonwoodproducts.com or call (218) 547-2065.

LUHR-JENSEN INTRODUCES JET DIVER, JENSEN DODGER, AND DIPSY DIVER

There are some anglers who love the art and science of trolling for salmon, steelhead, lake trout, kokanee, walleye and other toothy monsters in the Great Lakes and in the Pacific Northwest.

The Luhr-Jensen name has been synonymous in meeting their needs for decades with lures and accessories designed specifically for trolling enthusiasts.

Jet Diver

The Jet Diver by Luhr-Jensen offers a unique, buoyant design that collects water pressure against its wings to dive; yet when pressure is relaxed, the Jet Diver will float off of structure.

Jensen Trout and Kokanee Dodger

At just shy of 4-inches in overall length, the Jensen Trout and Kokanee Dodger is the perfect attractor for trout and kokanee.

The Dodger’s sharp, side-to-side swimming action provides a lively presentation for trailing spoons, flies and small squids. Luhr-Jensen premium plating and polishing assures a long service life and maximum flash.

Dipsy Diver

The special round shape and resulting multi-directional feature sets the Dipsy Diver® apart from all other divers and planers. And for that reason, it’s become a favorite for trolling spoons for freshwater salmon, striped bass, trout and walleye.
