Ron Steffe: Special day for young anglers nears with Pennsylvania’s Youth Mentored Trout Day

Special day for young fishermen in Pennsylvania nears Youth Mentored Trout Day in Pennsylvania falls on Saturday, March 30, this year, and young trout anglers should be happy it’s so close. (Photo courtesy of Pa. Fish & Boat Commission, Flickr)
