Shed hunting can fill the late-winter void

After witnessing a friend pick up a beautiful shed antler within 10 minutes of starting our day, I was really amped up for what the rest of the day had in store. It was actually quite early in the year to be finding any sheds at all. We were really looking for dead heads and doing some winter scouting, but the find had us excited.
