Steve Carney: Lever-action rifles stand the test of time

Lever-action rifles have always had a special place in my heart, probably because of my exposure to cowboy shows during my childhood.
Lever-action rifles have become so popular of late that they can be hard to find. You can thank the TV series “Yellowstone” for that.
Here are my thoughts on the lever-action rifle – a firearm that will never go away.
