As we finish up the year and reflect on the successes and failures of the past 12 months, now is the best time to make those 2024 goals and start the process of eliminating what you failed at in 2023. It is OK to admit you had failures.
Guess what? We all have them, so list them to start the process of moving forward. Coaching junior-high-school-age children, I often tell them that we learn more from our failures than our successes, so outdoorsmen and women need to do the same.
