Minnesota’s archery deer-hunting season has been under way for almost a month, and the firearms season kicks off Nov. 4. One of the biggest discussions revolving around deer-hunting this season is chronic wasting disease.
CWD was a focal point for legislators throughout the legislative session, and the DNR is adding new regulations, restrictions, and opportunities to try and stop the spread of CWD in the state.
