Spring Valley marsh renovation in the works on important Ohio wildlife area

The focus of the renovations will be the dam area. The dam is listed as an unclassified dam but there is a safety factor with age and beaver erosion issues. Any major failure would cause significant impact to the neighboring fields, as well as the marsh and wildlife species.
