Mauch Chunk Lake (Carbon County) — As ice allowed, anglers were catching nice-size panfish and perch, mostly on jigs tipped with minnows or waxworms. South Central Pennsylvania Fishing Report – March 11th, 2016

Little Juniata River (Huntingdon County) — As of Feb. 26, this waterway was blown out, with water flowing twice as high as normal and dirty. Water temperatures were in the 30s. In more normal conditions, TCO Fly Shop recommended nymphing deep or fishing streamers. Hatches included midges (20-24) and blue-winged olives (20-22) on warmer days.
