NORTHWESTERN LP Alanson Area Ice was running up to 10 inches thick on Burt Lake last week, and anglers there were catching fair numbers of perch and walleyes. DISTRICT 1 CO Jared Ferguson, Sgt. Marc Pomroy, and CO Shannon Kritz participated in a group patrol with emphasis on snowmobile sound meter enforcement and registration compliance. Struble Reservoir (Chester County) — Numbers of crappies were being iced on jigs as conditions allowed at the start of the month. Reports were more mixed as of Feb. 11, with some anglers icing nice numbers of crappies and others reporting a handful. Fish were measuring up to 9 inches. Shepherd Myers Lake (York County)
