Atwood Lake (Carroll and Tuscarawas counties) – An angler was recently rescued from the lake due to thin ice, so make safety your first priority before venturing out on this lake. The best reports we’ve received indicate about three to four inches of ice on the lake, which is sketchy at best. Better to be safe than sorry.
