Southeast Pennsylvania Fishing Report – February 26th, 2016

Struble Reservoir (Chester County) — Numbers of crappies were being iced on jigs as conditions allowed at the start of the month. Reports were more mixed as of Feb. 11, with some anglers icing nice numbers of crappies and others reporting a handful. Fish were measuring up to 9 inches.

Shepherd Myers Lake (York County) — B & B Lures reported Feb. 13 that ice fishing had barely taken hold, but despite single-digit temperatures and high winds, some anglers were fishing. Their catches were mostly perch, bluegills and other panfish, with numbers and sizes running average. 

Sweet Arrow Lake (Schuylkill County) — Crappies and panfish were hitting through the ice as of Feb. 12.
