Stoever’s Dam (Lebanon County) — Rainbow trout were hitting on crawlers and minnows early in February. Trout and some panfish were hitting through the ice as of Feb. 12. Hills Creek Lake (Tioga County) — Ice anglers were catching bass on shiners as of Feb. 11 although the bite was generally slow during the day. Perch and bluegills were hitting in the early morning and just before dark earlier in the month. Some after-dark hits also were reported on tiny jigs tipped with waxworms.
