Adirondacks Fishing Report – April 19th, 2013

Anglers getting out in boats on Lake Champlain can troll up high for lake trout and landlocked salmon while those fish and cruising toward the surface. On the West Branch of the Ausable, the warming trend led to high water conditions, but the river usually flushes itself out fairly quickly and it could be fishable, albeit cold, by now. Some trout waters will likely be stocked by mid-month.
