Most anglers are awaiting the official April 1 opener. That said, nymphs and streamers could be productive on waters now open for fishing (the West Branch of the Delaware upstream from the game lands and the no-kill sections of the Beaverkill and Willowemoc. Some little black stoneflies are also appearing. Catskill Flies
