Rogers, Minn. An 18-year-old Rogers man was killed Thursday when he lost control of the snowmobile he was driving in a ditch alongside a county road.

Cory Lee Probst hit a snowbank, veered into traffic and was hit by an oncoming cargo van, said Officer Keith Oldfather of the Rogers Police Department. “It was nothing either one of them did wrong, it was something that couldn’t be avoided,” Oldfather said.
